  • What times are you open?

    We're operational from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. 

  • Is remapping safe for my vehicle?

    Remapping a vehicle is usually safe but keep in mind that it puts more stress on the engine components thus if not maintained well, could lead to premature failure of parts

  • Will remapping void my vehicle's warranty?

    In most cases, yes, as you are altering the vehicle outside of the manufacturer's specifications.

  • Is remapping illegal?

    Stage 1, Stage 2, and ECO remapping of vehicles is not illegal. However, our DPF, EGR, AdBlue, and DTC solution services are for off-road use only and may lead to prosecution if used on the road.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with the remap, we are happy to return your ECU to its original state with a full refund within 21 days. (Outcall fee may vary).

  • What areas do you cover?

    We cover Nottingham free of charge. Additionally, we operate in Derby, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire for an additional outcall fee.

  • My legal Obligations after a remap?

    You must declare your remap to your insurance as it is a modification that may affect your insurance premium. Failure to disclose modifications could result in your insurance policy being invalidated, meaning that your insurer may refuse to pay out in the event of a claim.

  • Is car remapping suitable for all types of vehicles?

    Car remapping is generally suitable for most modern vehicles equipped with electronic engine management systems. However, compatibility may vary depending on factors such as the vehicle's make, model, and engine type
