WHAT IS DIAGNOSTICS & DTC SOLUTION?

A diagnostic scan is a process where a scan tool is connected to a vehicle’s onboard computer (usually through the OBD2 port) to read fault codes, monitor live data, and assess the health of various systems like the engine, transmission, ABS, and more. It helps identify issues by retrieving Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs), which indicate what part of the vehicle is malfunctioning. A DTC Solution refers to the process or software used to identify and remove (delete) specific  Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from a vehicle's ECU (Engine Control Unit) programming. This is typically done when certain modifications or repairs cause non-critical fault codes that don’t affect the vehicle’s performance but may trigger warning lights or limp mode.
